A Preliminary Study of Data Engineering and its Relevant Questions

Data engineering is proposed in this article, and the concept of data lifecycle and data activity is put forward as well after initial study. Data engineering is focused on data as a research object, which covers data activities such as organization, collection, management, process of data in the data lifecycle. We could promote the formalization of the process of data through the research of data engineering, and utilize data resource more effectively.
