The Ecological Tourism (ET) is an important aspect of conception of sustainable
development. Nowadays all the efforts of the different international
organizations trend to the acceptance of the unanimous conception of ET and
its further development. The biggest growth of ET shows countries of
Asia, Latin America and Africa, where the most part of tourists
are international tourists while in Western Europe - internal. The main problems of development of ET for developing countries
in the national parks are the low level of infrastructure, the absence of clear
management system, insufficient level in qualification of workman; while developed
countries have to concentrate their efforts in minimization of damage for nature
of the territory developing ET. In Russia the biggest prospects of development
belong to “Australian model", that means ET in the national parks. Nowadays
National Parks are the only territories where it is possible to check and to
plan tourist’s flows. The initial or post Soviet Union conception of development
ET in Russia is beginning to change, grate to
the usage of the world experience of development and management. The main problems
of ET in Russia are the odd of the participants of
ET activities, lack of specialized tour-operators, weak legal base, information
deficit, expensive transport facilities, low level of service, deficit of specialists
in sphere of tourism, skilled in ecological problems and technologies.
