The presentation of "Global Movement of Open Education Resources" will cover the background,the vision,the scope and the objective of OER Movement,which was first coined at NUESCO's Forum in 2002 and was formally adopted at United Nations World Summit of Information Society (WSIS) by its declaration and commitment.Meanwhile the presentation will brief the dedication and the contributions to OER Movement by Hewlett foundation.
