Earth science is becoming more and more dependent of exploration for data space which comes from large simulation results, remote sensed imagery and in-situ data , where IT tools plays a crucial role. Here the current status of the system being developed at U-Tokyo is reported. System is composed of the data archive and storage management system, the data cleansing system, the data visualization system etc. Several application researchers are using our system. Overview of the system and various system design issues are discussed in this paper.
