Brain Bank
F2 Session Chairs: Steve Chen and Tang Xiaowei
G2 Session Chair: Yin Ling
This dual session will present a five-year overview for the previous work and the promising future of China Neuroinformatics Work Group (CNWG) to develop an internationally-distributed neuroinformatics database, and will provide eight topics, including:
1. Standard and criterion of Brain Bank
2. Digital human brain and neuroimage
3. Clinical neuroinformatics
4. Chinese cognition and brain functional image
5. Sensory perception and information processing
6. Neuro-electrophysiology
7. Artificial intelligence and brain-computer interface
8. Neuroinformatics tools
These topics are key points, which should be paid more attention during Brain Bank’s construction.
The session will also mark the official publication of Standard and Criterion of Brain Bank, which has obtained full-time development in Network Center of China Academy of Science and CNWG. This session will serve as an example of how an internationally-distributed database framework was developed and the future refinement of this database.
