Study on Essential Factors of Geo-data Quality

Abstract : In order to Appraisal the geography space data and its the regeneration data quality accurately and correctly, serves the decision-making and the forecast well, based on the data collections, this paper Classified the geography data quality factors into 9 big kinds of altogether 30 items, the location data, attribute data, data’s management, data ‘s production, uncertainties, effectiveness for real time, data output, the sharing exchange and the legal dispute and so on.

Analyzed the respective connotation and the influence rule, as the result, obtained the final data’s precision was depended on the primitive input data’s quality and the processing precision afterwards, and enhanced the systematic analysis appraisal geography data’s Reliability of the science data Applies to appraisal decision-making provide the theory basis, especially, provides the method for the Geo-data applied to place study decision-making multi-solution’s explanations.

As a conclusion, after the analysis, the location accuracy, the effectiveness for real time, the processing model can be taking as the primary factors for appraisal geography data reliability.
