Announcement regarding
Publication of Proceedings for CODATA 2004
- It is planned
to publish your full paper on the CODATA Web site as soon as possible
following the Conference. Selected papers will be considered for publication
in the CODATA Data Science Journal.
- Please submit,
before the end of the Conference (or within two weeks following the
conference), an electronic manuscript via email attachment to Cheryl
Levey, CODATA Information Specialist at cheryl@codataweb.org.
Be sure to put "CODATA 2004 Paper Submission" in the subject
line.
- Manuscripts are
preferred in Microsoft Word (.DOC) format. Times New Roman font should
be used throughout. Single-spaced, flush-left text in 12 point font
is preferred, and a blank line between paragraphs (as opposed to indents)
is preferred. Titles in 16 point font, flush-left, with authors listed
underneath in 12 point font, flush left.
- If you are presenting
more than one paper or poster, please submit one paper for each presentation.
- The length of
the manuscript should not exceed approximately 2500 words. The format
should include, in this order:
a. Title
b. Author(s)
c. Affiliation
d. City and country
e. Email address
f. Abstract
g. Article text
- It is understood
that, by the act of submitting the article, authors are granting CODATA
non-exclusive copyright for this Web-based publication.
- Figures, including
their captions, should be inserted in the text at the appropriate place.
- Publications cited
in the text should be presented in a list of references at the end of
the manuscript.
- The paper should
be organized into logical parts or sections numbered consecutively.
- If you have a
short bio or link to a bio, you may optionally include it so that it
can be included in the CODATA 2004 Electronic Proceedings.
